Organization Nature The Society shall be a religious,
educational, non-political, and non-profitable organization, including for such
purpose, the making of distributions to organization that qualify as exempt
organizations under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue code of 1954 (or
the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue law.) Objective of ISG 1. To create a community based on Islamic
principles and promote a closer understanding among the people of Islamic
faith. 2. To further cooperate with other Islamic
organizations. 3. To foster mutual understanding between people
of different faiths. 4. To organize to own properties and establish
Islamic institution such as masjid, graveyard, comprehensive religious
educational facilities, Islamic library, funeral service arrangements and
various other activities, consistent with Islamic Shariah which will bring the
Muslim communities to a deeper understanding of Islam. 5. To organize religious, cultural, and other
related activities to foster community ties. 6. The Islamic Center shall not be used for any political meeting and/or demonstration. |
